Shop Refund Policy
At the University of Arts and Design Shop, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products, including digital or physical items.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds:
Each item—whether a printed product, digital file, or specialty item—is created, packed, or fulfilled with care. Many of the items are MADE TO ORDER. To maintain quality and keep our prices fair, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@uad.education]. We’re happy to work with you to make it right.
