A $75 one-time registration fee is required for first-time applicants — including audited and single courses. · Currently enrolled students do not need to pay this fee again. · Transcripts are not required at application time.

Audit or Take
a Single Course
Audited Courses: Auditing provides access to course materials for the semester with no academic credit. Students do not submit assignments and faculty do not provide feedback. Audited courses cannot be converted to credit later. Prerequisites are recommended but not required.
Single Courses for Credit: Undergraduate courses (100–400 level) require a high school diploma or equivalent. Graduate-level courses (500–600 level) require a Bachelor's degree, and all prerequisites are required.

Design Certificate
Choose from 4 design certificates. A $75 registration fee applies. Upon completion, students will be able to:
- Describe fundamental design and business principles essential for addressing design, art, and business challenges.
- Apply design software and technologies to create professional-quality work.
- Demonstrate understanding of project management, client relations, production techniques, and ethical practices.
- Compile a comprehensive portfolio showcasing design and business skills.

Graduate
Master of Arts
in Design Business
A Bachelor's degree is required to apply. Transcripts are collected after enrollment. This degree offers two emphases: Digital Technology and Visual Arts. The Digital Technology emphasis is strongly recommended for those pursuing a traditional design career.

- Create professional-quality work using design software and technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of designs for business applications.
- Apply project management, client relations, and ethical practices to develop innovative strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating advanced design and business skills.

Graduate — Terminal Degree
Master of Fine Arts
in Digital Design
A Bachelor's degree is required to apply. The MFA is the terminal degree for studio-based disciplines and is the recognized professional standard for artists and designers seeking advanced creative practice or university-level teaching.
- Apply advanced design principles and technology to create high-quality work across various media.
- Develop user-centered solutions integrating color theory, usability, and digital accessibility.
- Critically analyze art and design theories within historical and cultural contexts.
