DESIGN LEADERSHIP & DIRECTION
Overview
About This Course
This course explores the principles of leading creative teams and shaping design vision at an advanced level. Students will develop skills in art direction, design strategy, and team management while learning how to guide projects from concept to execution. Emphasis is placed on communication, collaboration, and leadership practices that empower designers to influence both creative outcomes and business goals. (3 semester credit hours)
