narrative writing & illustration
Overview
About This Course
Narrative Writing and Illustration brings writing and image-making together to tell a complete visual story. Students develop a narrative, plan its pacing across pages, and create original illustrations that carry the story alongside the text. Through storyboarding, character development, and page-by-page composition, each student produces a finished illustrated narrative such as a picture book or short illustrated story.
Prerequisites: This is a general education course.
